  • She started her practice in 2007, during a dance internship, with no plan whatsoever to become a yoga teacher.

  • She teaches in French in Vancouver, BC and offers bilingual classes on line and in studio-private settings.

  • She had many roles in the past, mental health worker, art-therapy practicionner, group facilitator, employment recruiter, and curriculum developer

  • Mandana offers a varieties of classes following Iyengar, & Ashtanga methodology, Tao principles, and Zen buddhism approach about the inward process and human evolution.
