Hara Breath, Pelvic Awareness within mindfulness & Iyengar practice

Every 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of the month.

Discover pelvic strength and willpower through a deeper understanding of your pelvic anatomy and the impact of your thoughts on your breath in asanas and during your meditation practice.

We will practice within the Iyengar framework and the aspect brought by Hara Breathing, a tao mindset and ancestral practice. That will lead to a meditation practice.

All you need, is your presence, a mat and your smile.
